We have received your data from you in connection with inquiries, offers, orders/transactions made by you in our company, or in the case of submitting a „Job Application” as part of the recruitment process.

Categories of Personal Data:

All data is provided based on a purchase and sale agreement, order, offer/quote requests, job applications, or other delegated tasks, divided into categories such as company name and address, including first name, last name, business addresses, residential addresses, and any other data necessary for the fulfillment of the above, including but not limited to identification data, address data, contact data, and other information provided.

Purpose of Data Processing and Legal Basis:

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Fulfillment of purchase and sale agreements, order fulfillment, quotation fulfillment, order delivery, or other activities related to order fulfillment or other civil law agreements and data processing agreements, as well as recruitment/employment processes in our company.
  2. Contacting you for purposes related to sales/purchases/orders/transport/offers/quotation requests and employment.

Disclosure of Personal Data:

Data is/will be provided by you as the data subject in connection with the implementation of: offers/quotations/orders/purchase and sale agreements/order delivery/recruitment/employment, or other delegated tasks.

Data Requirement:

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the execution of business processes (including but not limited to the execution of contracts/offers/orders/quotations/deliveries/other civil law agreements/issuance of sales, warehouse, transport, production documents) and related to employment. Failure to provide this data will prevent the preparation of necessary commercial documentation and the conduct of related activities, as well as the recruitment process.

Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling:

Your personal data will be processed in a commercial and invoicing system, both manually entered data and partially automated data in the form of electronically transmitted/issued invoices, as well as during the fiscal year until the documentation is issued in a non-automated manner, and they are not subject to profiling for any purposes.
