The PROGRES CNC company is a family company in the field of metalworking. We have many years of experience in turning, milling and welding of raw materials such as black steel, stainless and acid-resistant steel, aluminum and all non-ferrous metals and plastics.
We execute our orders on numerical machines in CNC technology. These are high-class machine tools with the possibility of five-axis milling of details and turning using the Y axis. We also have a conventional machining department with universal machines to support production. To meet the expectations of our customers, we also provide services in the field of gear wheel and chain machining. It is a complete performance from the execution of the areolas and tooth incisions, to carburizing, hardening, nitriding, grinding depending on the needs of our client.
The next department is the locksmith and welding shop, where we comprehensively perform: plasma cutting, bending on the press brake, rolling and cutting on the guillotine. Welding, on the other hand, is performed using the MIG/MAG and TIG methods, most often these are structural elements and parts subject to further mechanical processing, such as turning, milling.
Attaching great importance to the quality of services, we have a well-developed quality control department with experienced and qualified staff, supported by advanced equipment for measuring and checking details before shipment.
