Quality control
The quality control department is equipped with a modern Wenzel LH65 coordinate measuring machine.
It allows for full inspection and control of manufactured details in terms of geometric and dimensional tolerances, which is a key element in the production process.
The machine table and axis guides are made of granite, which guarantees identical thermal expansion of the entire measuring system.
Pneumatic bearings are used in all axes to ensure the highest accuracy.
The Renisaw PH20 stepless measuring head allows the use of an additional rotary and tilting axis, which makes it possible to measure a detail with only one measuring tip.
In addition, we have at our disposal a precise TESA Hite 400 altimeter, as well as conventional measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.)
